Self-Directed Fundamental Critical Care Support: Obstetrics (FCCS: OB) provides a relaxed learning experience with access to the same didactic sessions found in the live version of the FCCS: OB course. Learn at your own pace from the comfort and convenience of your home or office and then assess your knowledge through the use of pre- and posttests.
FCCS: OB is designed for intensivists and nonintensivists who may provide maternal/fetal critical care and for clinicians in obstetrics. Course content covers physiologic changes during pregnancy, specific obstetric medical conditions and appropriate treatment, maternal cardiovascular resuscitation, and airway management of critically ill pregnant patients, as well as appropriate steps in fetal assessment, delivery, and neonatal management.

The program also covers common environmental emergencies that occur with fires and hurricanes, as well as facility preparedness, disaster response teams, and unanticipated events based on the experiences of the presenters. This course was held in partnership with the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care.
Videos of every session from the live course are provided in a searchable format, so you can access the entire program as if you were there.
