The Critical Care Quality Summit is a unique conference focused on peer-to-peer learning led by expert faculty exploring hot topics in critical care patient safety and quality. The intensive care unit (ICU) team is encouraged to attend, as well as individuals who can plan to return to their ICU equipped with innovative implementation strategies. Attendees are encouraged to submit abstracts; the top 10 awarded will be featured in poster presentations. This event will cultivate an environment of learning and sharing with like-minded critical care professionals with the goal of improving bedside care. Participants will: - Benefit from the Society of Critical Care Medicine’s (SCCM) vast experience in evidence-based quality improvement models - Network and learn from peers on how to overcome barriers for success and sustain gains - Share experiences through abstract submission and poster presentations - Build on teamwork with a multiprofessionally focused event - Learn about 2019 SCCM collaborative opportunities - Earn continuing medical education credit hours
