The course prepares non-intensivists to manage critically ill patients for the first 24 hours. It also prepares healthcare professionals to deal with sudden deterioration of critically ill patients and prepares house staff for ICU coverage. Lead instructor: John B. Sampson, MD, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland, USA There is a registration fee that will be collected on site at the All Africa Anaesthesia Congress.
