As the use of advanced practice providers (APPs) in critical care continues to rise, healthcare providers are often thrust into management roles. Most healthcare providers' training is clinically focused and rarely covers how to successfully pursue and develop a complementary APP service. In this webinar, experts will discuss strategies for onboarding and developing new APP groups with a focus on professional growth and maximizing knowledge, skills, and communication and will explore the potential for growing the APP group beyond the borders of the intensive care unit.
